Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to support strategic deal pursuits originating from our Industry Business Development team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering industry-specific, cross-functional solutions that align with client needs and our portfolio of offerings. They will be responsible for crafting compelling, scalable, and technically sound solutions that integrate frontier technologies with traditional enterprise systems and bridge cross-functional offerings into cohesive, client-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will be abreast with the latest AI developments and capable of creating innovative, scalable solutions that enable 5G, edge computing, AI-driven customer experience, and digital content ecosystems.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end solutioning of complex, multi-disciplinary deals across technology, service lines, and technology practices e.g. Cloud, Data & AI, Consulting, Finance, App Dev etc.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs, pain points, and strategic goals
  • Design customized solution architectures that align with client objectives and leverage our full suite of offerings
  • Develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Align commercial terms with solution architecture
  • Support contract structuring and negotiation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders during pre-sales and solutioning phases
  • Support client presentations, workshops, and orals with clear articulation of value propositions
  • Bring deep industry knowledge to inform solution design, including regulatory, operational, and competitive landscapes
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, IoT, cloud, edge, networking, etc.) and their application in industry contexts
  • Identify and integrate industry-specific partners, accelerators, frameworks, and IP into proposals
  • Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and cost optimization
  • Mitigate delivery risks through robust architecture and governance frameworks
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and playbooks for industry solutioning
  • Architect end-to-end IT solutions for Telco and Media clients, aligning with business objectives and digital transformation goals
  • Integrate AI-driven capabilities (including but not limited to - predictive analytics, generative AI, intelligent automation) into proposals for enhanced operational efficiency
  • Learn and apply deep knowledge of Telco/Media processes (networks (5G, fiber), OSS/BSS systems, and media content delivery etc.) to craft tailored solutions
  • Stay abreast and advise on regulatory compliance, AI trends (LLMs for customer service, computer vision for media analytics, AI in real-time streaming etc.)
  • Champion adoption of AI, IoT, Digital Twins, Robotics and Edge Computing in solution architectures

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or pre-sales roles
  • Proven track record of solutioning large, complex deals in one or more of the target industries
  • Experience in crafting RFP/RFI responses and client-specific solution presentations
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, digital transformation drivers, and operational challenges
  • Awareness of Energy & Utilities domain (power generation, renewables, smart grids)
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and edge computing for in-vehicle and plant-level solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies and service lines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to OT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, GenAI, IoT, digital twins, and industry automation and smart manufacturing technologies
