Strategic Planning: Develop and execute national market expansion strategies and business plans for fluid components within the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors. Key Account BD: Cultivate core End Users in the pharma industry, establishing long-term strategic partnerships and securing brand specification/inclusions. Cross-regional Collaboration: Partner with regional sales teams on project follow-ups, providing professional technical endorsement and industry insights specific to the pharmaceutical sector. Compliance Solutions: Deliver fluid system solutions that meet aseptic and high-purity requirements, ensuring alignment with strict industry standards. Project Leadership: Independently manage the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical infrastructure or technical upgrade projects, from requirement gathering to technical selection and commercial negotiation. Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between local factory R&D and the market, driving product optimization and compliance based on Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP) and customer feedback. Professional Promotion: Organize industry seminars and participate in trade shows to build a high-quality brand image within the pharmaceutical engineering community. Target Achievement: Take ownership of and achieve annual sales targets for the pharmaceutical industry, increasing market share through deep segment penetration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation
  • 5+ years of sales experience in fluid equipment or components, with proven success in developing Pharmaceutical End Users
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively integrate regional sales resources and create cross-functional/regional synergy
  • Strong self-motivation, capable of pioneering business independently in complex market environments and willing to travel frequently
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GMP, ASME BPE) and the ability to conduct in-depth technical discussions regarding process fluid systems
