Job Description:

We are seeking an Industry Process Specialist to drive the execution and optimization of financial services solution delivery. Reporting to the Director, Industry Lead, Financial Services, this role is responsible for translating industry strategy and architectural vision into operational excellence, ensuring seamless delivery of banking and digital asset solutions for enterprise clients. This role serves as the bridge between strategic vision and tactical execution, owning the processes, methodologies, and operational frameworks that enable successful client implementations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for financial services solutions, including custody, payments, tokenization, and digital asset integration
  • develop and maintain standardized solution delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks for banking and financial services clients
  • lead process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction across all financial services engagements
  • collaborate with the Director, Industry Lead, Financial Services to translate market insights and architectural strategy into actionable delivery plans and operational standards
  • support client engagements through delivery oversight, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance requirements, and architectural standards
  • partner with Product & Engineering to ensure solution designs are implementable, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities
  • drive knowledge management and documentation efforts, capturing lessons learned and building institutional knowledge across the financial services practice
  • coordinate resource planning and allocation for client projects, working with leadership to optimize team utilization and delivery capacity
  • provide hands-on technical support during complex implementations, particularly around core banking platform integrations (e.g., Avaloq) and blockchain technology adoption
  • monitor delivery metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership on project health, risks, and opportunities
  • facilitate internal training and enablement programs to ensure delivery teams are equipped with current industry knowledge and technical capabilities
  • act as a liaison between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on delivery expectations

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
  • at least 3 years in delivery management, process ownership, or solutions architecture
  • proven track record of managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated financial services environments
  • strong understanding of banking operations and systems
  • hands-on technical experience with solution architecture, system integrations, or enterprise software delivery
  • familiarity with modern technology stacks including cloud platforms (AWS preferred), API architectures, and DevOps practices
  • understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking, particularly Swiss and European regulations
  • excellent project management and process optimization skills, with experience in Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies
  • strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies
  • exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Swiss German, German, and English required

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, particularly in enterprise contexts
  • experience with digital asset custody, tokenization, or cryptocurrency infrastructure
  • familiarity with Avaloq core banking platform or similar enterprise banking systems
  • technical proficiency in programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • experience working with institutional clients such as banks, asset managers, or family offices
  • background in business process modeling, requirements analysis, or systems integration
  • relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Solutions Architect, or similar credentials
  • French and/or Italian language skills
