Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer of high-performance rubber materials with a robust domestic production base. Our high-quality sealing solutions are widely utilized across the automotive and industrial sectors, serving a diverse range of global and domestic clients. Report to the sales director.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients following established company protocols, ensuring prompt responses to new requirements and efficient resolution of sales-related issues
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and business development within assigned territories to identify new growth opportunities and submit detailed market intelligence reports
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and participate in regular performance evaluations in accordance with the company's performance and compensation management systems
  • Focus on the promotion and sales of rubber sealing products, ensuring technical specifications meet client expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical feedback and ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or technical engineering, ideally gained within foreign-invested enterprises
  • Prior experience in the industrial market is preferred
  • Specific technical knowledge of rubber sealing products is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings for sealing products
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to market expansion and client management
