CVS Media Exchange is hiring an Industry Manager (Director of Sales) for Pharma sales team. This role will report to the Head of Sales. CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
Job Responsibility:
Creates sales strategy and builds a culture of collaboration to achieve industry-wide sales targets
Developing a sales strategy for Pharma with a minimum sales target of around $30M+
Recommending broad approaches and areas of opportunities to meet the targets
Understanding the industry strategy across other departments
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders
Lead by example by providing direction and guidance to associates
Oversees and is responsible for financial results in area of responsibility
Driving a cross-team/functional workstream
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Developing and implementing strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled workforce
Cultivating an environment where associates respect company standards
Developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships
Own strategic high-level relationships within the Pharma space
Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in advertising sales, advertising and sales, with 3+ years’ experience selling advertising in the Pharma space
3+ years’ experience managing high performing media sales teams
Strong portfolio of relationships within the Pharma space
Experience with retail media or retail/ecommerce agency experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or Consumer Psychology or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
