We're hiring: Industry Lead - Public Sector, Enterprise Sales. At ANS, we help organisations use technology to drive real business outcomes — and we're growing our Enterprise Sales leadership team. We're looking for an Industry Lead to own and scale a defined industry vertical across our Enterprise & Corporate Mid‑Market customer base. This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone who thinks like an owner, leads from the front and thrives on building markets, teams and momentum.
Job Responsibility:
Own the strategy, pipeline and performance for your vertical
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team (4–8)
Drive new logo wins and expansion across existing accounts
Partner closely with Microsoft to maximise joint opportunities
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery to win and grow
Requirements:
Proven sales leadership experience with consistent over-achievement
Experience building and leveraging strong Microsoft partner relationships is a must
Formal sales training (MEDDICC, SPIN, TAS, Huthwaite or similar)
Strong background in solution-led, B2B enterprise sales
Confident operating at C-level with customers and partners
High energy, resilient and motivated by ownership and results
