  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions with underwriters, claims teams, operations users, and SMEs
  • Translate complex coverage logic, rating rules, deductibles, limits, and business rules into clear functional requirements
  • Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed solutions align with documented requirements
  • Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability across development, testing, and UAT
  • Support UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign‑off from a functional perspective
  • Support business analysis activities for automation, AI, and Agentic AI‑enabled use cases
  • Provide P&C domain and BA inputs into RFP responses and client proposals
  • Assist senior team members in preparing use cases, scope inputs, assumptions, and functional narratives
  • Participate in client discussions as a domain contributor

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to Property & Casualty insurance
  • Solid foundation in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working on core insurance system implementations or modernization programs
  • Ability to work directly with business users, SMEs, and delivery teams
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
  • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI concepts from a business analysis perspective

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern P&C platforms (policy, claims, or rating systems)
  • Exposure to RFPs, proposals, or presales activities
  • Basic understanding of insurance data, reporting, or reconciliation used in underwriting or claims
