We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain expertise to support large‑scale transformation, modernization, and digital initiatives for insurers. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with primary responsibility for requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination, and secondary exposure to Agentic AI concepts and pre‑sales / RFP support.
Job Responsibility
Perform requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across P&C insurance processes
Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions with underwriters, claims teams, operations users, and SMEs
Translate complex coverage logic, rating rules, deductibles, limits, and business rules into clear functional requirements
Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed solutions align with documented requirements
Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability across development, testing, and UAT
Support UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign‑off from a functional perspective
Support business analysis activities for automation, AI, and Agentic AI‑enabled use cases
Provide P&C domain and BA inputs into RFP responses and client proposals
Assist senior team members in preparing use cases, scope inputs, assumptions, and functional narratives
Participate in client discussions as a domain contributor
Requirements
5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to Property & Casualty insurance
Solid foundation in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Experience working on core insurance system implementations or modernization programs
Ability to work directly with business users, SMEs, and delivery teams
Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI concepts from a business analysis perspective
Nice to have
Experience with modern P&C platforms (policy, claims, or rating systems)
Exposure to RFPs, proposals, or presales activities
Basic understanding of insurance data, reporting, or reconciliation used in underwriting or claims
