Job Description

The Senior Consultant role focuses on UI architecture with a strong emphasis on React.js. Candidates should have over 9 years of experience in frontend development, leading teams, and designing scalable applications. The position requires expertise in modern web technologies and best practices, with a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality user interfaces.

Job Responsibility

  • Define, design, and govern a scalable front-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications
  • Drive UI technical strategy
  • Establish React-based architectural frameworks
  • Lead teams in delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable user interfaces

Requirements

  • 9+ years of overall UI / Frontend experience with 6+ years of strong React.js experience
  • Proven experience in designing React application architecture for enterprise systems
  • Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux / Redux Toolkit
  • Deep understanding of Component-based architecture and design patterns
  • Deep understanding of State management and data flow
  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
  • Experience creating HLDs, LLDs, and technical architecture diagrams
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integration
  • Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and UI build tools

Nice to have

  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture
  • Exposure to Next.js or SSR concepts
  • Knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience with UI design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, custom design systems)
  • Awareness of frontend security best practices
  • Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure)
