Job Description

The Senior Consultant role at NTT DATA involves managing entitlement requests and providing technical support for Shareworks and E*TRADE applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Salesforce and entitlement management, along with excellent communication abilities. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

Job Responsibility

  • Receive and process inbound requests via Salesforce Cases / SEC JIRA queue for security entitlement changes to Shareworks and related white labels as well as E*TRADE EEO/CRC accounts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot requests to ensure timely and appropriate resolution
  • Ensure privacy, compliance and audit control requirements are met with every transaction
  • Update and maintain security to reflect new or requested functionality released with each Shareworks release or related product release
  • Keep Management up to date on projects by providing clear and accurate estimated and timely tracking of project deliverables
  • Ensure ongoing quality by accurately analyzing and documenting defects reported by users or discovered during testing
  • Define, create, and maintain entitlement profiles on Shareworks to deliver flexible solutions to our clients
  • Escalate issues as required in a time-sensitive manner

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong skills in Salesforce and entitlement management
  • Excellent communication abilities
