The Analyst, Business Transformation & AI Quantification will support enterprise transformation engagements by building and maintaining the quantitative models, AI-enabled tooling, and organizational change management (OCM) communications that underpin NTT DATA’s Business Transformation Office practice. This role sits at the intersection of data science, financial modeling, AI orchestration, and change management – translating complex program data into defensible business cases, measurable value-realization dashboards, and stakeholder-ready communications.
Job Responsibility:
Build, maintain, and iterate financial models that quantify transformation ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and value-at-stake for enterprise clients (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering systems)
Develop and maintain value-realization dashboards and scorecards that track leading and lagging indicators tied to transformation investments
Support the creation of defensible business cases for executive stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, COOs), ensuring every published claim traces back to auditable source data
Assist in benchmarking and baselining client operations to establish measurable targets for transformation outcomes
Configure, test, and optimize AI-enabled tools and workflows that support the BTO’s quantification, reporting, and decision-support capabilities
Design and maintain prompt libraries, automation scripts, and AI agent configurations that accelerate analysis and reduce manual effort across transformation engagements
Evaluate emerging AI platforms and capabilities for applicability to BTO use cases
build proof-of-concept integrations and present findings to leadership
Develop data pipelines and integrations that connect program management systems, ERP data, and AI tooling into cohesive analytical workflows
Draft, produce, and distribute transformation communications including stakeholder updates, executive briefings, change impact summaries, and adoption progress reports
Support the development and execution of OCM plans: stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, training/enablement calendars, and resistance management strategies
Create compelling visual assets (presentations, infographics, one-pagers) that translate complex technical transformation data into clear, executive-ready narratives
Coordinate and track change readiness activities, feedback loops, and adoption metrics across cross-functional program teams
Support the BTO’s investment governance framework by maintaining program health dashboards, risk/issue logs, and decision audit trails
Prepare materials for steering committees, governance boards, and executive reviews
Assist in documenting and refining BTO methodologies, playbooks, and reusable frameworks
Contribute to proposal development and client-facing presentations as the BTO practice scales
Requirements:
Strong foundation in quantitative analysis: financial modeling, statistical methods, and/or data analytics
Comfort working with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, workflow automation)
Working knowledge of financial concepts: ROI, NPV, cost-benefit analysis, value-at-risk, and business case development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate language
Experience or demonstrated aptitude creating professional presentations, reports, and visual communications
Intellectual curiosity about organizational dynamics, stakeholder management, and how large enterprises adopt change
Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture of how individual work products connect to overall program outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related quantitative field required
0–2 years of professional experience
internship or academic project experience in data analysis, financial modeling, software development, or consulting is valued
Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and apply new concepts in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Exposure to enterprise systems or transformation domains (e.g., ERP/SAP, PLM, supply chain, manufacturing)
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) or willingness to pursue certification
Experience with project/program management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
Interest in or exposure to consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments
Any experience with data visualization, infographic design, or creative communication tools
Ability to build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
Certifications in AI, data analytics, change management, or project management are a plus but not required
