Job Description

As an industry analyst circularity, you will take on a central position in analysing emerging technologies, researching value chains, assessing market developments, and identifying competitive trends, across multiple markets within the circular polymer industry. You will prepare analyses, briefings and presentations for the P2C management team and other key stakeholders, helping them understand market dynamics and support decision making. Your work will generate a continuous stream of insights that supports P2C’s positioning and development in its core circular PO and PS markets. For targeted non-core markets, you will provide complete market assessments and, if relevant, advise on market-entry strategies. You will be responsible for structuring these new insights in a clear systematic way ensuring that technology databases, competitive updates and other market information are always up to date and easily accessible for the P2C teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse emerging technologies, researching value chains, assessing market developments, and identifying competitive trends across multiple markets within the circular polymer industry
  • Prepare analyses, briefings and presentations for the P2C management team and other key stakeholders
  • Generate a continuous stream of insights that supports P2C’s positioning and development in its core circular PO and PS markets
  • For targeted non-core markets, provide complete market assessments and advise on market-entry strategies
  • Structure new insights in a clear systematic way ensuring that technology databases, competitive updates and other market information are always up to date and easily accessible for the P2C teams
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, like Sales & Marketing and R&D
  • May also be active in business development, in close collaboration with the P2C management team

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry or in a similar industry analyst position
  • Strong in analysing and project management
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar market
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language
