Job Responsibility:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and detailed inspections on a wide variety of assets, installations, and machinery
  • Disassemble and assemble critical mechanical components, including bearings, chains, pumps, and valves
  • Identify and resolve technical malfunctions within hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
  • Contribute technical expertise to project-based assignments and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in a rotating standby service to ensure operational continuity, supported by a provided service vehicle
  • Execute all tasks with a primary focus on safety and efficiency while actively engaging in ongoing professional training

Requirements:

  • You have proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repairs, with a strong affinity for electrical systems
  • You hold a technical degree
  • Proficiency in English is required, along with a commitment to following Dutch language training
  • The ability to read electrical schemas fluently is a must
  • You possess a valid driver's license B and are willing to participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 service

Nice to have:

  • Experience with P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and the ability to explain PMSKID systems (focusing on pumps and piping)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

  • Perform post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional
  • Document findings and recommend corrective actions, including safety notifications to customers
  • Consult with customers on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling improvement
  • Produce electronic documentation using company tools, obtaining customer signatures
  • Stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI)
  • Complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly
  • Communicate with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator following established practices
