Job Description

Ensure continuous improvement of the production concept for better results (quality, efficiency, space, etc.) and Study the documentation and technical data relating to a specific project and support the industrial engineers in the field.

Job Responsibility

  • Study the documentation and technical data relating to a specific project and support the industrial engineers in the field
  • Ensure compliance with EOS procedures
  • Follow MSD reports
  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Participate in various improvement projects
  • Continuously improve quality and efficiency performance
  • Monitor engineering changes on the production line
  • Define material variances following engineering changes and the receipt of new drawings
  • Update material records
  • Monitor pre-series wiring assembly
  • Control overtime hours for support staff
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures related to the role

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role: industrial/Method/Process/Maintenance/Quality technician
  • BTS/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Responsible, autonomous, and proactive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to change and react quickly

  • Perform post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional
  • Document findings and recommend corrective actions, including safety notifications to customers
  • Consult with customers on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling improvement
  • Produce electronic documentation using company tools, obtaining customer signatures
  • Stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI)
  • Complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly
  • Communicate with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator following established practices
