We are looking for a driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team in Lebanon, Tennessee. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with clients while supporting the sales process from start to finish. Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth
Conduct regular communication and visits to client locations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes while managing the entire sales cycle effectively
Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations and HR, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to recommend industrial products or services that meet specific customer requirements
Maintain organized sales activity records and provide regular updates using basic reporting tools
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events, showcasing expertise and reliability
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
Support team efforts by contributing to cross-functional collaboration for process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
At least 2 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, with a proven ability to generate new business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, and HR
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a focus on achieving sales targets
