Job Responsibility

  • Develop operating and recovery plans to support production schedules and program milestones
  • Build and maintain models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze production data, trends, and performance metrics
  • Apply Lean and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve schedule performance, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
  • Manage project scope, cost, and timelines while conducting risk analysis using tools such as WBS, precedence networks, and resource planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Experience applying engineering methods such as statistical analysis, simulations, or operations research
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, databases, or similar software
  • Ability to manage projects and perform risk analysis using standard project management techniques
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
