You will be part of the Industrial Performance team being in charge of two main missions: 1) participate in the Monthly Performance Review contributing to the analysis of the Packaged Gas activity within Secondary Production and 2) Managing the process of tracking, challenging and reporting Industrial Efficiencies in the monthly and Quarterly rituals. Joinin an international team covering Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal, this role reports to the Performance Management Lead. The core mission involves analyzing industrial KPIs and performance metrics across the Cluster, collaborating closely with managerial and operational stakeholders. Additionally, the team drives several initiatives dedicated to performance support and process optimization.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in the Monthly Performance Review contributing to the analysis of the Packaged Gas activity within Secondary Production
Manage the process of tracking, challenging and reporting Industrial Efficiencies in the monthly and Quarterly rituals
Collaborate with various Supply Chain stakeholders across the involved countries to analyze and identify key drivers affecting KPI trends and performance
Support local managers in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reviews and presentations
Assist in the target-setting process
Utilize and update specific KPI monitoring dashboards
Provide monthly updates on projects status and milestones through presentations and meetings
Manage and maintain efficiency monitoring tools and files
Coordinate with Industrial and Finance functions to track efficiencies and ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines
Provide coordination and support for the achievement of strategic targets
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM/Economics is required
Previous experience of at least 3 years within a multinational corporation is preferred and ideally in industrial activities monitoring
Proficiency in the Google Workspace (G-Sheet, G-Slide, G-Drive) is essential
Good command of primary Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Gemini)
Basic knowledge of SAP is nice to have
Strong data analysis skills
High degree of comfort with digital tools and data visualization dashboards
Excellent coordination and self-organization abilities
