Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Panel Installer to join our industrial field service team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, wire, and commission electrical control panels for overhead cranes, hoists, and material handling systems in industrial settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install and wire electrical control panels for industrial cranes and hoists
  • Connect panels to motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and VFDs
  • Perform start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Verify proper voltage, grounding, and phase connections
  • Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
  • Document installations, label wiring, and maintain records
  • Work safely in compliance with OSHA, NEC, and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Occasionally assist with retrofits, upgrades, or repairs of existing panels

Requirements:

  • Experience with industrial electrical systems (up to 480V)
  • Strong understanding of PLC controls, VFDs, and industrial sensors
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments and at heights
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
