Our client a leader in the Food Industry who has been in business for more than 125 years and looking for their next great Industrial Millwright to support their teams and continue growth. With an opportunity for long term growth and building with the company this is truly a great opportunity for the Millwright who is looking for growth potential and long term stability.

Job Responsibility:

Proven experience in welding (tig/arc), fabricating, troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical work, and general facility maintenance
Reads and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications
Independently works on pumps, conveyors, agitators, gear boxes, and compressors
Takes initiative, accountability in ensuring equipment is operational
Good troubleshooting skills to resolution
Monitors all equipment and repair immediately
Support any line change over process equipment setups
Schedule the required external services
Must be willing to work rotating flex schedule

Requirements:

Red Seal Certification or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar business
Highly organized
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Superior communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of plant operations
Work in a physically demanding position
Ability to work long hours, bending, climb ladders, and work at heights
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Able to oversee training and participate in transferring knowledge to junior technicians
Good analytics and presentation skills
Making accurate arithmetic calculations
Ability to work independently and part of a team with minimum supervision
