Job Description:

We are seeking an Industrial Methods intern to work alongside the Methods department. Job Responsibility:

  • Production Documentation Organization: Classify and organize drawings used in production
  • Make up-to-date documents available to teams (field-oriented approach, quick access)
  • Ensuring consistency between drawings, indexes, and versions in circulation
  • Updating assembly sequences
  • Revision and standardization of methods files: Updating the structure of technical files (currently inconsistent)
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation
  • Propose a clear and sustainable target organization
  • Reorganize IT tools for methods: Map the existing environment (directory structures, files, tools used)
  • Streamline and structure the IT environment for methods
  • Improve data management and sharing (focus on efficiency and sustainability)

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
