Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry
or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program
Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
Can analyze problems and perform repairs
Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate

Job Responsibility

Performs mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance
Identifies and sources parts, supplies, and repair items as necessary
Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards
May be required to set up and operate multiple machining operations
Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards
Drives and participates in CI activities
Updates records and reviews CMMS history
Troubleshoots and analyzes control systems to resolve software/ hardware and configuration problems
Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data
Provides assistance to lower-level technicians and leadership to small teams

Job Responsibility

Completing preventative, predictive, reactive, and precision industrial maintenance throughout the facility
Documenting all completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary
Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various components and systems including conveyors, fans, pumps, belt and chain drives, and process machinery
Operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial work platforms
Interacting on a regular basis with peers and management
Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, as well as lifting/rigging equipment
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
