The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for ensuring the optimum performance, reliability and safety of the production lines and all related support equipment. This includes proactive and reactive maintenance of highly automated machinery, in alignment with company standards and the respective budget.
Job Responsibility:
Perform daily preventive maintenance of production lines machinery equipment, utility equipment and electrical installations
Perform electrical, electronic and minor mechanical repairs on production machinery and utility equipment
Diagnose and resolve issues on PLC-controlled systems, power circuits , Inverters, sensors, motors and safety circuits
Perform Production line checks to improve capacity, reliability, and operational safety
Monitor and document all malfunctions
Follow company’s policies and procedures regarding GMP, Health & Safety and Environment
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Solid understanding of Electrical drawing knowledge
Basic automation knowledge
Hands-on experience with Inverters, PLC, sensors and generally industrial electrical components
Minimum 1-2 years experience in industrial maintenance or automation
Good in English
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends when required)
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
A team player with an excellent customer service approach
Ability to work on own initiative, with good planning and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a similar role is desired
Previous experience in the food or beverage industry is desired
