Job Description:

In this role, you will lead the industrialization of new products and coordinate the design, implementation, and start-up of new production equipment. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead industrialization of new products and support prototype → pre-series → production phases
  • Coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and production lines
  • Ensure the application of safety requirements and technical specifications on new equipment
  • Collaborate with R&D on product modifications following production feedback
  • Manage improvement projects focused on process optimization and automation (Industry 4.0 / 5.0)
  • Analyse manufacturability, process feasibility, and potential risks of new products
  • Support production sites during start-up phases and technical interventions
  • Contribute to technological innovation and plant infrastructure evolution

Requirements:

  • Technical background in Mechanics or Mechatronics
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance, testing, or commissioning of automatic machinery
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Proficiency with Office Suite and CAD 2D/3D tools
  • Strong problem solving attitude, teamwork mindset and hands on approach

Nice to have:

SAP R3 knowledge is a plus
