Job Description:

Constellation is currently recruiting experienced cleaning staff to work at a large factory site in Dartford. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for factory staff and visitors. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleaning and sanitising production areas, staff facilities, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces
  • Handling waste disposal and recycling in line with site and environmental procedures
  • Using appropriate cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely and correctly
  • Following all site health & safety regulations and cleaning schedules
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area at all times
  • Providing support and guidance to new team members when required
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the role

Requirements:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Must have own transport
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential
  • Consistent year-round availability is preferred
  • Experience within a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting is highly desirable
  • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry out manual handling tasks
