Today, all of our sites are part of this transformative journey—including our Osimo plant, proudly awarded the WCM Silver Medal in March 2024. We are now looking for a passionate and driven Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to key plant projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in both automatic and manual assembly lines
  • Analyze and improve production workflows, conduct time studies, support capacity planning, and contribute to layout design
  • Help standardize best practices to support the spread of WCM culture
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Strong command of Italian and English
  • A pragmatic mindset with initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of industrial processes
