Industrial Engineer

• Design and optimization of process, production and work processes including the development and implementation of appropriate optimization measures for new start-ups and during ongoing operations
• Support of the production for continuous improvement (e.g. accompanying problem-solving processes, standardizing workplaces)
• Support of development projects from an industrial engineering point of view (design to manufacturing)
• Procurement of necessary devices for production
• Implementation of the master data required in SAP in the area of work preparation
• Taking on projects in the areas of lean management and CIP

• Successfully completed technical training as an engineer or technician
• First experience in a comparable position, ideally in the automotive environment
• High willingness to learn and develop
• A high degree of independence, commitment and reliability as well as the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, CIP, TPS
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
