Job Responsibility

  • Creating technical specifications for suppliers of robotic assembly and testing stations
  • Cooperating with machine and equipment suppliers: sourcing offers, cost and technical analysis
  • Responsibility for commissioning and implementation of assembly lines into mass production
  • Implementing design and product changes during the industrialization phase
  • Designing and optimizing production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team in a new project launch environment
  • Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry (Tier 1/2)
  • Practical knowledge of testing machines (End-of-Line, electronics testing)
  • Experience in implementing vision systems (e.g., Keyence, Cognex)
  • Knowledge of machine design and production optimization methods
  • Communicative level of English
