Job Responsibility

  • Establish and oversee regional standards for Industrial Engineering and methodologies ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with the global Methods team on developing standards and effectively communicate those changes to the regional IE network
  • Support in the development and delivery of training programs and knowledge-building initiatives
  • Define skill requirements and evaluate competencies across all Industrial Engineering functions in the region
  • Foster synergy and sustainability through the connected regional IE network
  • Develop regional network of key users for Industrial Engineering skills
  • Collect and monitor KPIs that reflect the regional Industrial Engineering strategy and plant objectives
  • Provide guidance for key regional topics to ensure alignment and collaboration between Business Units, Central Functions and our regional plants

Requirements

  • Four years of experience in production planning within the automotive industry and mass production with emphasis on assembly, logistics and quality
  • English – fluent conversation / correspondence
  • Spanish – basic knowledge ideal / not required
