Job Responsibility

  • Ensure product routing data in SAP is up to date with ongoing changes
  • Manage BOM for electronics and ensure BOM readiness for manufacturing, assembly process, enable correct backflush of parts for stock management
  • Maintain correct part numbers, package types, footprints, Quantity, reference designators, and alternates
  • Monitor and maintain product lifecycle status
  • Manage Engineering Change Requests in SAP. (Support BOM corrections through the change management process)
  • Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit traceability for changes
  • Maintain revision control and validity dates. Share all relevant information with interfaces and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Create and extend SAP Material Masters
  • Create SAP Work Center-Connect cost center to assembly area and cost center, working hours, calculation keys
  • Create Production Version -Link IE & logistic information
