Job Responsibility:

  • System Optimization: Installing, calibrating, and fine-tuning Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) to keep production lines humming.
  • Precision Diagnostics: Troubleshooting intricate electrical malfunctions and electronic controls to minimize downtime.
  • Preventative Strategy: Developing and executing rigorous maintenance programs to ensure equipment stays ahead of the curve.
  • Safety Integrity: Inspecting circuits, wiring, and shielding to ensure every volt complies with the highest safety standards and building codes.
  • Resource Management: Identifying needs for specialized electrical components and managing the procurement process to keep inventory ready.

Requirements:

  • Certified Professional: You hold a recognized Electrical Trade Certification. (442A or 309A)
  • Industry Veteran: You have 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • PLC Specialist: You have a deep, practical understanding of PLC systems—this is the core of what we do.
  • Technical Versatility: You’re comfortable navigating pneumatics, metal stamping presses, and heat treatment processes.
  • The Troubleshooter Mindset: You are a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently to resolve complex technical hurdles.
