Job Responsibility

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems (including PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and motors)
Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams to resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment reliability and operational efficiency
Contribute to the installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of plant assets
Assist in developing and refining predictive and preventive maintenance programs
Act as a technical mentor to junior technicians and apprentices
Maintain meticulous maintenance logs, records, and documentation
Oversee parts inventory management, including sourcing, ordering, and maintaining optimal stock levels
