Primary Function: Installation & Repair. Install, service, and repair industrial door systems including: Sectional doors; Rolling steel doors; Fire-rated doors; High-speed doors; Fabric doors. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including: Broken torsion springs; Frayed or damaged cables; Faulty rollers and tracks; Malfunctioning motor operators and control systems. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance; Lubricate moving components; Adjust door tension and alignment; Ensure systems meet OSHA safety standards. Technical Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools; Ability to operate welding equipment; Read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams; Basic knowledge of: Low-voltage electrical wiring; Motor controls; Hydraulic systems. Supervisory Responsibilities: Not Applicable.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the commercial door industry
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active Defense Bio-Metric Identification (DBIDS) Badge, which requires a favorable Federal, State, and local background check
Nice to have
AAADM (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers) certification preferred
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training
Strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
