Job Description:

An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. You will handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, and manage cases from inception to settlement, providing expert legal advice and liaising with medical professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims
Provide expert legal advice
Liaise with medical professionals
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

Solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
Solicitor or Fee Earner qualification
Experience managing cases from inception to settlement.

Nice to have:

Experience with both Defendant and Claimant cases.
