An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. The role involves managing litigated industrial disease claims, providing expert legal advice, negotiating settlements, and liaising with medical professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims
manage claims from inception to settlement
provide expert legal advice
liaise with medical professionals
negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Solid track record handling own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
experience handling claims involving Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos-related illnesses
ability to manage cases from inception to settlement
expert legal advice
liaising with medical professionals
negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
