An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. The role involves managing litigated industrial disease claims, providing expert legal advice, negotiating settlements, and liaising with medical professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims
  • manage claims from inception to settlement
  • provide expert legal advice
  • liaise with medical professionals
  • negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

  • Solid track record handling own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
  • experience handling claims involving Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos-related illnesses
  • ability to manage cases from inception to settlement
  • expert legal advice
  • liaising with medical professionals
  • negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
