Job Description:

An Industrial Disease Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. You will handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, including but not limited to: Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, Asbestos-related illnesses.

Job Responsibility:

Managing cases from inception to settlement
Providing expert legal advice
Liaising with medical professionals
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Solicitors or Fee Earner with a solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
