Job Description:

An Industrial Disease Paralegal/Litigation Executive is wanted for an opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. The role involves handling defendant, litigated industrial disease claims including Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos-related illnesses, managing cases from inception to settlement, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements.

Job Responsibility:

Handling varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims
Managing cases from inception to settlement
Providing expert legal advice
Liaising with medical professionals
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Solid track record handling own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
Experience managing cases from inception to settlement
Providing expert legal advice
Liaising with medical professionals
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Nice to have:

Experience with Defendant and Claimant cases
