An Industrial Disease Paralegal/Litigation Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Liverpool. You will handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, including Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos-related illnesses. The role involves managing cases from inception to settlement, providing legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements. Job Responsibility:

Handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims
Manage cases from inception to settlement
Provide expert legal advice
Liaise with medical professionals
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims
Applications from both Defendant and Claimant candidates accepted
