Job Description:

Douglas Scott is currently working with a long-established high street law firm in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Litigation Executive to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and cohesive team within a firm that offers excellent career progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for a caseload of mixed Industrial Disease matters to include NIHL, HAVS and Asbestos matters

Requirements:

Previous experience of managing a caseload of at least one type of Industrial Disease claim
