Job Description:

An Industrial Disease or Personal Injury Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning law firm in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. You will handle a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, including but not limited to: Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Occupational Asthma, Asbestos-related illnesses, Dermatitis and other workplace-related diseases.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a varied caseload of industrial disease claims
Manage cases from inception to settlement
Provide expert legal advice
Liaise with medical professionals
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

Prior industrial disease experience
Experience in personal injury fee earning
Ability to manage cases from inception to settlement
Providing expert legal advice
Liaising with medical professionals
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Nice to have:

Looking to re train into Occupational Disease work
