Job Description:

An Industrial Disease or Personal Injury Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning law firm in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. You will handle a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, including but not limited to: Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Occupational Asthma, Asbestos-related illnesses, Dermatitis and other workplace-related disease.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert legal advice
  • Liaise with medical professionals
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
