Industrial Direct Sales Ege District Specialist - Commercial position at Opet Fuchs, focusing on lubricants and offering solutions to all application areas in the lubricant industry. The role involves direct sales, customer relationship management, and regional sales growth in the Ege Region.
Job Responsibility:
Realizing direct sales to commercial customers in the region, maintaining cooperation with intermediate sellers in the region and increasing the awareness of industrial segment oils in the region
maximize the product sales rate
Managing relationships with present customers and extending customer portfolio by gaining new customers
To provide the right products, services and solutions by analyzing customer expectations accurately
Increasing regional sales and gross profitability in line with market perception and company forecast in Commercial customers segment
To make collections from customers
Stock management of products sold in the region
To manage the coordination with the Technical Service Team and support technical development
Making annual sales plans and reviewing quarterly
Providing the necessary support for taking the actions determined in accordance with the Quality Management Systems in progress
Generate regular reports such as weekly activity, weekly visit plan, weekly collection reports, monthly sales plans, payment tracking
Complying with the legal requirements and the rules specified within the scope of the OHS management system and reporting dangerous situations and behaviors in the activities carried out
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Chemical and Construction Engineering, Mining Engineer)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales field
Preferably experienced in Lubricant business
Preferably knowledge for mining, construction and infrastructure sector
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
Excellent command of MS Office programs
Experienced in data analysis, reporting and presenting
Energetic and creative, prone to teamwork
No restriction for traveling (Mobility)
Resident in İzmir. Responsible for Ege Region
