Job Responsibility:
Work in cross-functional teams from early discovery through to design hand-off, typically across one to two projects at a time
Navigate the design process—balancing form, function, and aesthetics with a deep understanding of user experience
Shape emotionally resonant, practical solutions that truly improve lives
Explore and refine ideas through sketches and prototypes, bringing concepts to life in ways that foster strong connections with users
Uncover and define user needs and pain points, translating them into clear, actionable design directions
Discover innovative ways to integrate emerging technologies into both the design and development process
Help shape design frameworks, user journeys, and strategic direction in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
Engage in conversations across disciplines to ensure alignment and coherence in the design vision
Requirements:
A degree in Industrial Design or a related field with 1-4 years of professional experience
Experience in creative environments that foster innovative, out-of-the-box thinking
A strong sense of form and function, with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability
The ability to interpret user pain points and translate insights into thoughtful, well-rationalized design concepts
Strong storytelling skills, able to communicate design rationale and user journeys effectively
Strong foundation in design thinking and iterative development processes
Understanding of manufacturing processes, including injection molding and prototyping
Technical proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino), rendering software (e.g., KeyShot), and interface tools (e.g., Figma)
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
Familiarity with hardware/software integration and digital product design is a plus
