For Ilapak Verpackungmaschinen we are looking for an Industrial Controller. Ilapak VerpackungmaschinenGmbh, established in 1984, has a leading position in the German market, a huge installed number of machines and is offering a wide range of Ilapak products and a reliable customer technical service. Company is located in two different sites: Haan, (Dusseldorf area) and Horst (Hamburg area), the latter represents Ilapak IVC division, dedicated to design and manufacture the IVC product line, i.e. counting machines, vision systems, turnkey solutions and packaging lines mainly for bakery and produce industry. We are looking for the site of Horst (Hamburg).
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and analyze company industrial reporting to assure the evaluation of profitability by job order and product line
Analyze existing company procedures (internal controls) in both financial and operational areas to optimize the allocation of company resources
Prepare monthly reports (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast) required by the holding company
Prepare the annual budget and analyzing variances on a monthly basis
Prepare interim economic and financial statements and developing forecast income statements
Contribute to the analysis of investments
Requirements:
5-10 years working experience, in the same position, in a multinational environment
Experience in financial and management accounting is a requirement, budgeting and financial modeling
Strong SAP knowledge, both FI-CO
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent (fluent) knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
A previous experience in a modernly organized industrial company, better if operating in mechanical industry, will be a strong plus
Lot of energy and motivation
Ability to multitasking and team work
Good attention to details
Good understanding of business as well as financial issues
A proven ability to work to tight deadlines (a previous experience within a listed group would be a strong plus)
