Job Responsibility

Provide leadership for the onsite construction team and oversight of the entire project delivery
Responsible for all scheduling and work coordination between customers and Lexicon, Inc. for all on-site work activities across territory
Responsible for the project schedule including deliverables from various suppliers
Responsible for coordinating with the client on possible scope additions or reductions and tracking any perceived back charges as they arise
Responsible for oversight to ensure the project team is reviewing all technical submittals and requests for information and that they are submitted and responded to by the owner’s Engineer
Coordinate and lead daily construction meetings with supervision
Responsible for following all aspects of specifications
Responsible for updating and verifying project progress weekly
Responsible for resolving all personnel issues and discipline problems in a fair and equal manner
Act as primary field contact with the customer
