Job Description:

IBEX Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Automation Division Head to lead and grow our industrial automation business. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the division’s sales strategy
  • Build & Manage a team of sales and technical professionals for Industrial sector
  • Identify and develop relationships with key clients in the industrial sector
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Achieve and exceed division sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industrial automation technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial and IT solutions sales, with a focus on automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Business, or a related field
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close large deals in the industrial sector
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation technologies and applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driving license and own car (preferred)
