Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop the OT, Automation and Digitalization systems in a large manufacturing facility
  • Develop and implement an OT network to Cytiva standards and best practices, create a roadmap for automation and digitalization of manufacturing processes and implement improvements to the manufacturing value streams
  • OT and Automation life cycle and development managed to ensure site needs are met
  • Management, Growth and development of the OT and Automation team
  • Strategic Management of Automation and Digitalization functions relating to production and incorporation of suitable DBS approaches
  • advanced planning, defining best practice ways of working within Automation and budget/capital management to a high level

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors or equivalent in a Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technology subject
  • Capable and strong understanding of networking, databases, firewall use and servers amongst other skills
  • Strong Planning capability and a proven track record of project delivery within automation
