Job Description:

The profile involves working with the Industrial DMU, preparing related methodology documentation. Defining, developing and deploying the Industrial systems and digital twin capabilities in the frame of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Creating best practices to assist the Industrial teams from conceptual design through the finished industrial system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating best practices to assist the Industrial teams from conceptual design through the finished industrial system

Requirements:

  • Digital Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 experience
  • Experience as a Digital Manufacturing Engineer
  • Design Plant Layouts with 3D simulations for logistics and Human path validation
  • Iterate on alternate solutions and execute trade off with different simulations of Industrial KPIs
  • Define forward and inverse kinematics to conceptualize new Jig designs and perform 3D Flow Simulation
  • Automate Industrial system design with Robotics simulations (Material handling, spot welding, Arc Welding)
  • Ergonomic analysis and evaluation for health and safety of workers
  • Design change, release process and Configuration Management within industrial setup
  • Use ME Shopfloor Knowledge/Experience to implement Lean manufacturing
  • Use Industrial Engineering principles to define the best suitable layout with most optimized processes
  • Build process and Build Concept Creation
  • Good level of GD&T knowledge
  • Knowledge on reading design / manufacturing drawings to understand or design 2D/3D Layouts, Jigs and Tools
  • Stakeholder management to drive architecture projects
  • Capture and analyze stakeholder needs, defining architectural solutions
  • TOOL SKILLS: 3DExperience Delmia or any similar Tools, CATIA, SAP
  • Ability to work independently & in a team in a transnational environment
  • Assertive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills, self-development
  • Ability to work in multiple projects and drive innovation initiatives
  • Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability
  • Effective decision-making capabilities
  • Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
