A company in ville saint-laurent is a recognized leader in the industrial sector, proud of its production quality and stimulating work environment. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide key support to our Operations and Production teams. This role is essential for maintaining the organization and fluidity of administrative processes within a fast-paced industrial context.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide daily administrative support to Operations, Production, and Warehouse Managers
  • Receive, classify, and archive work orders, production sheets, maintenance reports, and other critical operational documents
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry related to production, inventory, and labor hours into the ERP system or dedicated databases
  • Coordinate the flow of information between the administration office and the plant/production departments
  • Manage office supplies and administrative materials for the operations teams
  • Prepare presentations, simple reports, tracking tables, and organize meetings for the management teams

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company
  • Vocational Diploma (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies, office administration, or a relevant field
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an asset
  • Exceptional rigor and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt to a plant/production environment
  • Proficiency in French (oral and written)
