Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure you provide a high level of customer service, at all time
  • Taking customer food and beverage orders and processing them efficiently
  • Answer the phone, taking bookings for parties
  • Assisting in presenting and hosting children’s birthday parties
  • Maintaining the standards of safety for children in the play area
  • Help maintain, and identify improvements in the hygiene and safety of the catering operation
  • Following set procedures for specific duties relating to the cleaning, food handling and operations
  • Maintaining and improving our housekeeping duties
  • Ensuring stock rotation

Requirements:

  • Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
  • Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
  • Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
  • Able to complete a DBS Check
