Requirements

  • Manage our Indonesian X account: adapting global content, posting in real time around live moments, and engaging with the local community.
  • Translate and adapt global campaigns, promos, and announcements into Bahasa Indonesia — keeping the spirit of the content while making it land locally.
  • Write social copy that sounds like a real Indonesian person wrote it, not a translation tool.
  • Cover Indonesian peak social hours (evenings WIB) and respond to community messages and comments promptly.
  • Flag local cultural moments, sports events (Liga 1, EPL fandom, big derbies), and esports moments (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) where we should be showing up.
  • Report basic performance metrics weekly - follower growth, engagement, what's working and what isn't.
  • Work with our global team on KOL and creator partnerships in the Indonesian market.
  • Help us understand the local audience: what they care about, what competitors are doing well, and what they're saying about us.
