Job Description

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid development program for recent university graduates. It provides a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum. The program takes place at a Marriott International managed hotel and is offered in 50+ countries. Participants will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a hotel, participate in mini-rotations across disciplines, and have opportunities to stand out and connect with senior leaders and coaches. The program lasts 18 months and prepares participants for supervisory or entry-level management roles.
